Single storey rear extension permitted development drawings

Under currently planning legislation, you are entilted to build an extension with in certain limits, without applying for planning permission. This is commonly known as permitted development. Here the applicant took advantage of a single storey rear extension 3m deep and less than 4m in height in order to class the proposed works under a permitted development application and not a planning application. We would always recommend that any permitted development should acknowledge the council in so far a Certificate of Lawfulness can be issued.
